The National RTAP Scheduling and Dispatching for Rural Transit Systems, launched in 2009, was updated as Dispatching & Scheduling Training for Rural Transit Systems in 2021. The updated and enhanced training is designed for staff who perform the role of dispatcher and/or scheduler in a rural, small urban, or tribal transit agency.
